What this covers

Singapore companies are taxed at a headline rate of seventeen percent, with exemptions that meaningfully reduce the effective rate for qualifying new and smaller companies. Compliance requires filing an Estimated Chargeable Income within three months of the financial year end and the corporate tax return by the annual deadline.

We manage both the planning and the filing: computing your chargeable income, applying the exemptions and reliefs to which you are entitled, and submitting Form C-S or Form C to IRAS on time.

  • Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) filing
  • Form C-S or Form C preparation and filing
  • Tax computation and supporting schedules
  • Exemptions and reliefs applied in full
  • Withholding tax guidance
  • Correspondence with IRAS
