What this covers

A company requires a statutory audit unless it qualifies as a small company. A private company is exempt where it meets at least two of three criteria over the last two financial years: annual revenue of not more than ten million dollars, total assets of not more than ten million dollars, and not more than fifty employees.

Where an audit is required, or where the assurance is simply valued, our audit provides an independent opinion on whether your financial statements present a true and fair view. We plan around your reporting calendar and conduct the engagement efficiently.

  • Statutory audit of financial statements
  • Independent audit opinion
  • Risk and internal control observations
  • Group and consolidated audits
  • Liaison with your accounting team
  • A clear, actionable management letter

Whether your financial statements give a true and fair view and comply with the applicable standards and the Companies Act.

It depends on the size of the company and the readiness of the records. We scope this at the outset and agree a timetable that meets your deadlines.
